The best time I have ever had at any sports event...EVER. I loved this place. I got seats 11 rows up right behind home plate. This is my happy place in life and I could go there every day if I had the money.

A nice ballpark lots of food and drink options. Good sets and entertainment in between innings. The food was okay not the best. The elevators where small a kind of hard to get. It is a good place to bring the family of your in to baseball and around the city.

This is a nice stadium and field. It’s easy to park and to leave out. The lines go pretty fast and smooth. The staff are friendly and the fans there were friendly also. It’s a place you can take the family for a good time. They keep the place clean inside and outside and it feels safe there.

Hello panda festival was great. Plenty of space for the kids to run around. Great lights and scenes.

Not Citi Field but the Christmas Lantern Festival at Citi Field it was amazing; dress warmly. They have a food vendor with amazing steamed dumplings there, whoa!

I am definitely bias as a huge Mets fan. I love the stadium and the experience. I am getting married on Friday and we started our courtship during the 2015 World Series run. We love it here! Food and Drink options are amazing! Thanks!

Great first time experience with a tremendous view from our seats. The stadium has a large selection for food and beverages. Definitely stop by the Mets store inside to check out all of the great products on sale.

One of the best stadiums in baseball. Great selection of restaurants and plenty of accessible bathrooms. Vendors constantly making their rounds for orders at the seats. Just walking around and exploring the stadium is entertaining. If driving is a concern, the subway drops passengers off within a short walking distance. Truly a modern stadium that will never disappoint...other than you know who...

I fabulous respectable of lights! I was very impressed! We had an amazing night at Panda Festival, beautiful New York Winter Day drop in visitthis place! The atmosphere puts everything on, the lights, the food was nice, service was excellent.

The ballpark was designed with the fans in mind. Plenty of room to walk and stretch your legs without being in someones way/view of the game. The food is excellent and really has anything anyone would want. So much variety. You can literally sit anywhere and get a god view of the playing field. Get the pulled pork sandwich 👍

Beautiful Stadium, I was a big fan of the old shea and I was very skeptical concerning the new stadium. But I must say I have been very impressed with the amount of bathrooms, food courts and parking.

HELLO PANDA FESTIVAL at Citi Field was beautiful. The illuminations were more than life size. There were dinosaurs that roared, lions and tigers and bears; panda bears that were super mega colorful; lighted swings that changed colors. There were heated tents that had vendors selling food and heated tents that had handmade trinkets for sale. Dress warm because this event is outside (so are the bathrooms).

No crowd like a Mets crowd. Can make a normal August have feel like a playoff game. Went to this epic comeback against the Nationals last year. Frazier's game tying home run was legendary.

Huge Yankees fan but I prefer events and games at citi. It's got great personality. Is affordable compared to Yankee stadium and has solid good options. The Frozen drinks stand is a favorite.

Family friendly safe establishment, good eats and amazing fan participation and games through out. I'm not only saying this because I'm a Queens girl who loves her Mets but compared to other fields whom shall remain anonymous...Citifield takes the cake. Do your research on the food you might enjoy before hand because it gets busy and with so many options , you might get lost in the mix. I def love me my Ice Cream hat with sprinkles each game!

Honestly, I do not watch baseball. I was given these tickets and decided to go. They were box seats and we were right on the field.I can see why people enjoy going to baseball games. I liked the energy of the crowd that was given out there. Such a feeling of unity.The tickets also included access to a VIP area, which was pretty cool.Everyone knows the drinks and food are expensive, but you have to allow for that when you go to these places. Everything costs money and they have their share of expenses as well.Maybe next time I'll learn to wear a baseball cap! It was a little hot but fun. It's just amazing that you can put so many people together like that and most of them are having a great time. Great vibes. It also helps when the home team wins!😀🙌🎊🏆

I’m not basing this on the team or permformers at this venue. I’m basing it on the service of the workers who run this place and the events and they need to improve in a lot of areas especially the speed. The selections they offer are actually pretty good and a lot to choose from but the wait times and sometimes the actual prep of the food and drinks is just unacceptable

This baseball stadium is the home stadium for the New York Mets, it is brand new, versatile and beautiful. What can i say other than, ya gotta believe.

I went to See a Mets game and it was amazing. Their was so much to do. I sat in a sweet and it was awesome. The food was also amazing. It was so much better than Yankee Staduim.

Was there for the Happy Panda Lantern Festival, wish it is a bit more organized in terms of crowd traffic. The overall experience of the event was good, once a year is fine, wouldn't go 2x a year and the tickets aren't cheap and the parking is overpriced $25 cash

Love Citi Field. The staff came quickly when a fan fell and couldn’t get back up in the men’s bathroom. They handled it really professionally. The elevator staff was very friendly and helpful. Love this ballpark.

Beautiful stadium! No matter where we sit we always have a great time! Tailgating is allowed here. Which is always fun! The Mets definitely put on a great show. Can’t wait for next season!

Citi Field is home! LGM!!! We are Mets fans and we live going to watch them. Parking is $25 so most of the time we just take the train. But we love a good Sunday Tailgate!! We love the Coca Cola Corner but the best part is when the first pitch is thrown and the game starts!

Came to Citi Field for the first time last month and had a great time! We had fantastic seats behind home plate and the stadium did not disappoint. We had wait service and our waitress was phenomenal. We also had access to a VIP lounge with food and beverages-very nice especially as it was a very hot day. But the best part of the day was when Todd Frazier came by the edge of the home plate netting and spoke with my two kids, signed their baseballs and even took a photo. In an age of “scheduled signing events”, Todd exemplifies baseball basics making my son’s “year” by taking that moment! Thanks Todd, thanks Mets, and thanks Citi Field!!

Growing up in Shea Stadium and then spending a lot of my adult life at the original Yankee Stadium; I have to say, Citi Field makes those nostalgic places for me feel better. It's clean, it has so many fun things to do on top of watching the baseball game. The employees are all helpful.

Great food. But terrible set up from the first data club. We have corporate suites there and they harass you every time you go into their lounge back to your suite for your ticket. Terrible look when you’re with clients you feel like you’re being accused of sneaking in. Suggestion for them give wrist bands just like they do at every other stadium including yankee stadium for their premium field level.

Great ballpark. Great food selection. Lots of different beers and drinks. Most seats have an awesome view. Is there anything better than going to the ballpark?

Great ballpark! Fans here are genuinely supportive of their team, and are invested in the game, which makes for a great gameday atmosphere (that doesn't apply at all ballparks!) Fantastic tribute to Jackie Robinson in the rotunda entrance. Lots of great food options. Great views from any seat in the park. Easily accessible from NYC via the 7 train. Will definitely go again!

Always love seeing games here, even the cheap seats don't make me feel like I'm going to fall. Tickets are affordable but the food is pricey, thankfully we can bring our own. I recommend the spicy sausage and a nice beer 😁

Haven't been to a Mets game since Shea and let me tell you I'm not missing Shea stadium one bit! Very modern state of the art stadium and its loads of fun even before and after the games! Dont forget to check out the boardwalk it an epic adventure!

Attended the Panda Light Festival here, it was beautiful. Nice handmade lanterns in different shapes and sizes. Great for the kids

This was my first visit to Citi Field. It was a beautiful stadium and the field was in great shape. We had a great time hanging out with friends in Labor. The food was good. Great choice on the drinks! Great time was had by all!! And the bonus- Mets won the game!

Business function with open bar and finger food. All was good as far as service and quality were concerned but the venue is very dimly lit.

Nice space for large formal events. Clean and staff are well mannered. Free parking and beautiful background for pictures.

Easy access. Took a train from Penn Station. Great selection of food. Staff was wonderful. We sat on the 1st row in section 519. The seats would have been awesome, if there wasn't a metal rail in the line of sight.

This is the nicest ballpark in New York City. It has a beautiful promenade that circles the whole stadium. The promenade houses the most important part of this ballpark: the food! The food here is the best I've had at any ball park. The burgers from shake shack are the perfect complement to a baseball game. And what game isn't complete without some ice cream

I'm a Yankee fan, But this stadium is very nice and you can see the field while walking to your seat. Only if the jumbo tron was bigger.

Don’t forget to take a walk around the stadium to see the monuments and banners. Todd Frazier (from NJ) was the only player to really acknowledge the small group of fans waiting by the player’s parking lot after the game, Jacob Degrom ignored us - twice. 👎🏾 The marina is also across the street and will lead you around to the Jackson Heights neighborhood.

I surprised my dad with a NY Mets vacation. We took a train from Buffalo, NY to NYC (10 hours), and I paid for the tour of CitiField before the game. It was a blast and my dad was so happy. He hadn't been to a Mets game since he was a kid and it was at Shea's.

Love going to this ballpark. Food and drink selections are great. Staff always seems nice and helpful. Great place to catch a game. I am a yankees fan, but I prefer to go to citi field when I can. Just a more pleasant experience and staff is friendly and helpful. Easy in and easy out and not $50 or more to park like the Bronx
